Patricia Mitchell (Pat) passed away peacefully on Tuesday 1st September 2026 aged 83 years. She will be missed by her family, friends and all that knew her.
A private service in memory of Pat will take place on Thursday 17th September 2026 at Sedgemoor Crematorium.
