In loving memory of Frances 'Franny' Tovey who sadly passed away on 4th September 2026 after a lengthy and difficult battle with cancer.
Throughout her fight she was strong, brave, and still making everyone around her laugh with her silly sense of humour and rude jokes.
Her funeral service will be held in the South Chapel at Portchester Crematorium on Friday 25th September 2026 at 1.45pm. Family flowers only, please however donations to Cancer Research UK would be welcome and can be made using the JustGiving link on this page or by cheque payable to the charity and sent c/o Lee Fletcher Funeral Services, 95 High Street, Cosham, PO6 3AZ. My big sister France. My fondest memories of you will be our time together growing up. We three shared a bedroom in the loft and spent our time listening to records and reading comics! You always looked after me when we went out in our teenage years. We knew we would be safe with you as no one would mess with you! Your shepherds pie was the best and your laugh and crude one liners could always lift the room. Distance over the years meant we didn't see each other as much as we should have but when we visited, the kids loved staying with their auntie Fwuff coz you were so much fun! You will always be in my thoughts and will forever be in my heart. Rest easy now Fwuff, no more pain.
