In loving memory of Katherine Susan Fox affectionately known as Kate who passed away on 26th August 2026.
Haywood House has been chosen as our charity for mum/Kate due to the incredible work they do daily. Many of the services provided are on a voluntary basis. The gardens especially are an important part to our family and any funds we can raise, we know as a family they will make an already amazing place that little bit more special for those patients and families at their most difficult times.

Tomorrow we finally say goodbye to a dear friend and neighbour Kate.
Your dignity and stamina, never ceased to amaze us. When you were low you always had the time to say hello and have a chat, you were amazing, brave and such a wonderful lady, we will miss you dearly.
We shall all do our best to look after your lovely garden.
Our love and thoughts are with Antony, Sarah, Hayley, George and family.

My mother used to say good things come in small packages. Well Kate was petite and full of energy. Always putting others first. Kate was always full of charm and high spirits right up to the end. A beautiful lady inside & out. A dear friend & neighbour who we miss terribly. Kate you fought so hard with such dignity. I'll miss our chats over a cuppa but take comfort that you are now resting in peace and free from pain.
