Richard John Arme, he was a much loved husband, father, grandad and friend. He will be remembered by his honour, kindness, generosity to whoever needed him and great knowledge.

Richard was a man with many experiences, stories and life lessons. He was a very active, hands on person. He enjoyed watching any form of motor racing, hiking, skiing but above all spending time with family.

Richard was a very big family man and he will be deeply missed. His memory will live on through his family and friends who loved him.

Carol Arme donated £50 in memory of Richard

Richard life will never be the same without you. You really were the best. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We created so many good memories which I will cherish . Skiing and apres ski were top of the list but so were the cottage holidays with everyone.
You will be missed. Hope you know how much you were loved.

Richard you were the best brother in law. You made me laugh every time I saw you. Even in the dark days you usually made me laugh. My life is full of happy memories and a lot are because of you. You kept me enthralled with your stories. We had some of the best holidays abroad and in the UK. I will be forever grateful for the help and support you gave Sophie and I when Phill became unwell. You truly were the best brother.
Thanks for the memories. Rest in eternal pain free peace.
All my love
Carol. Xx

Nigel Chapman donated £50 in memory of Richard

Richard was a fantastic friend who I had known for over 30 years. He was always laughing and joking and full of fun and loved life. Even over the last few weeks he was still laughing when we sat talking. he accepted his illness and the loss of mobility with dignity and continued to laugh and smile. I will remember the grin and smile along with the twinkle in his eye as he recanted many stories of his working life. It was an pleasure to be able to spend so many nights at dances and meals with our wives. We used to look forward to our nights out.

Richard; I will always remember with great affection our time together, the fun and laughter and the loyalty you showed to Bonnie and myself. Thank you and rest in peace.

Uncle Richard,
I have so many memories from since I was a little girl, growing up on Nairn Mews, always coming round your house to play with Clare and Necia. Going to many different places, I remember Uncle Philip, you both seemed inseparable- reunited again now 🤍 You were always lots of fun, an amazing sense of humour and you made me laugh!
The last time I saw you was at my 50th Birthday party, I was over the moon you came with Auntie Muriel! You were the life and soul.
Rest well uncle Richard. Until we meet again, then we can have another party! Lots of love, Lindsey, Sue & Family xxx

We had only known Richard for a short while
But during that time we got to know a loving, funny,
Caring thoughtful man when he walked into the room everyone would have a smile, we could sit there for hours and listen to his life story and adventures that both him and Murial had during there life together. He was a great father , Grandad and friend Knowing how Richard like to party he will be having a drink and dance in heaven RIP mate miss you
