On 18th August 2026, aged 78 years, Martyn, dearly loved husband of Elizabeth, adored dad of Andrew and Jonathan, father-in-law of Fiona and Laura, much loved grandad of Eleanor and Oscar, brother of Tony and great friend to many. A private funeral service for family will take place on Thursday 10th September 2026 at Huddersfield Crematorium at 12.30pm. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of the Kirkwood Hospice.
We’re both shocked and saddened to hear about Martyn’s passing. We’d known him many years through the Mustang club, and often met up at various car shows. Such a lovely and helpful man, he will be sadly missed. Sending love to Elizabeth and the rest of the family. From Paul and Chriss in York
