In Loving Memory of Peter Alan White
Peter Alan White, aged 67, passed away peacefully at home in Southampton on 14 August 2026, surrounded by the place he loved.
Born in Winchester, Hampshire, Peter lived a full and colourful life, touching the lives of many people along the way.
Peter retired in early 2026 after a career as a property manager. He was known for being reliable, clever and someone who could always be counted on. He had a lively personality, a cheeky sense of humour and, at times, could be a little grumpy—but those who knew and loved him will remember that as simply part of what made Peter, Peter.
Peter had many passions in life. He was a devoted football fan, with a particular love for Leeds United. He enjoyed video games and took great pleasure in keeping up with the latest PlayStation releases. But above all else, music was his greatest love. It was an important part of Peter's life and something that brought him endless enjoyment.
Peter leaves behind his beloved wife, Zoey, his children from his previous marriage, Jayne and Carl, and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will carry his memory forward. He is also survived by his siblings, Michele, Mark and Teresa.
Peter will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His cheeky humour, lively spirit, intelligence and unwavering reliability will remain fondly remembered.
He may no longer be here to share his music, watch the football or keep up with the latest PlayStation games, but the memories he gave to those who loved him will remain forever.
Rest peacefully, Peter. You will be loved and missed always.

I'm so sorry to hear that Peter has passed away. We worked together for a number of years and it was always a pleasure to meet up with Peter to talk about works and life. I will be unable to attend the funeral but I wish all attending my best wishes, and especially my condolences to Zoey and the wider family.
