On 22nd August 2026, peacefully at Clayton House Care Home, of Batley, aged 92 years, Margaret, beloved wife, much loved mum, a very dear mother-in-law, cherished grandma, dearly loved great grandma. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 21st September 2026 at 12.30pm then afterwards at Lakeside restaurant Ponderosa. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations can be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of the Alzheimer’s Society. Mourning clothes are not essential, please wear a touch of pink in memory Margaret. Enquiries to George Brooke, Funeral Directors Tel 01924 454476.

Very fond memories of Margaret during my time as a 16yr old at Fox’s. She looked after us like we were her own. Always a smile and such a laugh at all times. I’ll never forget you Margaret. Rest in peace lovely lady 💕
