Dearest Dad,
I shall greatly miss you. All of our outings together with mum whether it was breakfast in Emsworth to the garden centres looking for roses & camellia with meaningful names & colours to bedding plants for the summer. You did not deserve the diagnosis you received after a yearly long battle, but you were brave & tried to stay strong with your daily walks even though you didnt feel like at times. We will miss you dad. Free from pain. Now at rest with your mum, Joan & Aunty Nip.Sweet dreams dad Love you Kim & Don xxxx

You were like a second dad to me & I am so greatful of having my grandad for all these years. I will miss seeing you and hearing you call me 'Diddy Donna' & hearing all the stories of when you and Nonna were younger. You were simply the best & I'll always think of you when I hear this song. You'll forever be in my heart. Rest peacefully Grandad, we'll look after Nonna. Love & miss you always xxx
