In loving memory of Brenda Macey who sadly passed away on 7th July 2026.

Brenda was dearly loved by her late husband, Don, and by Richard, Yolande, Anne, Mike and their families. She was a wonderful mum, grandma and great grandma, deeply loved by us all and giving us the same unconditional love and support in return.

"Our Bren" was the loveliest older sister/sister-in-law. We shared so many happy (and sometimes sad) times with Bren and Don - playing cards for pennies - we could win/lose up to 15p some evenings -holidays in France, America and Canada - we always had good fun - she will be sadly missed but fond memories will be with us for ever

What a wonderful life you lived. I have such fond memories of our New Year's parties, dancing in the street, and always looking forward to your delicious nibbles on the table (baby bels were the best!). As the years passed, it was lovely to stay in touch, with Lloyd disappearing into the garage with Uncle Don while we enjoyed a cuppa and a chat. I will always treasure your kindness, your wise advice, and your warmth. You were truly a lady through and through.
Sending love and my heartfelt condolences to all the family. Rest peacefully.

Not everyone has the opportunity to say they had the best grandma, but I am lucky enough to be one of them. To reach 40 and still have my grandma—how fortunate am I? Thank you for immediately offering to be Holly’s adoptive grandma when you found out she didn’t have any grandparents left. That really highlights the sort of person you were: always supportive, always open-minded, and always there for us. Love you and miss you. Tom and Holly xxx
