A very cared for mum and very loved. ❤️ battled Alzhermirs which was hard to see, and a tough journey. She lived her life the best way she wanted too, and then needed 24 hour care, 3 and a half years before she died. But lived an independent life before that, making her own choices and she lived her life the best way she could. I was so happy for her when she found the love of her life later in life.,

Loved mum very much. Mum battled with Alzheimer’s, early onset in her 60s. unfortunately there’s not much support especially at the end in a nursing home, when they say this is the norm. But the dementia team were good at the beginning to get me a chair for mums baths, so I could bath her, which she loved at the beginning when she could tolerate them.
