Suddenly but peacefully at home on July 2nd aged 36 years, Jak Alan. The dearly loved son of Lisa and Andy and a loving step son to Sharon. A much loved brother to Billy and Nathan and a devoted dad of Jordan and Jackson. A loved uncle, nephew, cousin and a friend to many.
Friends please meet on Friday July 17th for a service in Sunderland Crematorium at 11.00am. All are welcome afterwards to the Dubmire Club for refreshments. Donations in lieu of flowers gratefully received for Jak’s children. A donation box will be available in the crematorium.
