It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Roy Lount on 19th June 2026.

To many, Roy was "the man from the Pru", a trusted local insurance agent who, for many years, visited homes throughout the community, collecting premiums, offering advice, and building lasting friendships along the way.

To others, he was a valued teammate and friend, sharing his passion for sport through table tennis, football, and golf.

To us, he was so much more. Roy was a devoted husband, a loving dad, supportive brother, and a gentle, generous man whose kindness, patience, and quiet strength touched everyone who knew him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives he enriched.
