In loving memory of Teresa Stephens 'Tess' who sadly passed away on 17th June 2026, aged 92 years.
Reunited once more with husband Leslie.
Tess will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday 16th July at 10:00 am at St Simon Stock R.C. Church, 5 Bleakwood Road, Walderslade, Chatham, Kent. ME5 0NF, followed by Burial at 11:00 am at Chatham Cemetery, Maidstone Road, Chatham, Kent ME4 6LT. All are welcome to attend.
