Passed away suddenly whilst on holiday in France, aged 76 years of Trebullett. Beloved Husband of Janet, a much-loved Dad, Grandad and a friend to many.
Private cremation, followed by a thanksgiving service at Launceston Central Methodist Church, on Friday 10th July at 2:00pm. No black. Please wear colour and/or Cornish Tartan.

So many memories...I am happy to have been able to see Phil and Janet 2 years ago, time is passing too fast. Can not help thinking that my British Daddy has left before time. Will always remember him with a smile on his face, he was happiness and joy. A big hug to Janet, Doug and Andrew xxx

So very sorry to hear of Phils passing spent many happy hour's playing different sports with him he was very competitive even when we all played cards uno was a favourite. Hope you and your family are bearing up. May he rest in peace.

I was Doug and Andrew's headteacher at Trekenner Primary School in the 1980s when they were pupils there. Phil and Janet were such supportive parents; Phil was always there to help out, volunteering at school events, joining working parties, helping with trips and residentials. He spent a significant period as Chair of the PTA. And always with a ready smile and a joke - usually at my expense!
It has been a real shock to hear this news and my condolences go to Janet, Doug and Andrew and their families at this sad time.
