I saw Phil at least 3 times a week at St Mellion swimming pool. He was a great character and had a chat and leg pull with everyone. He will be sorely missed by all his friends at there.

Rest in peace Phil. My earliest memories are of all of us congregating at G & Gs or Auntie Jim & Uncle John's for a Christmas party. I'm going to miss our catch ups in the barber shop. God bless.

Dear Phil, I am so,so sad you have gone but you will never be forgotten that's for sure!! Your cheeky smile and constant micky taking was an absolute tonic. Your phone calls during covid were unexpected but joyous and your weekly joke emails to everyone were very funny and uplifting!
No matter where I bumped into you, you pulled my leg about something.
I will be forever grateful that I worked at Launceston golf club and met you.
Rest in peace Phil,Heaven has gained a true angel.
Condolences to your whole family. Xxx

  • And Phil was integral in all the good times ‘back in the day’, We lost touch during life until the Saltash Lads Reunions in recent years but he obviously became friends with and entertained many over the years! Well done my old Neighbour/Best Man, RIP Phil
