In loving memory of Michael Kelly who sadly passed away on 17th June 2026,
Dad was a real character, said it how it was, never beating around the bush, he was the most kindest, generous loving dad, grandad and great grandad,
he loved getting involved with the grandchildren whatever they were doing.
He loved his holidays, party’s, jigsaw’s, soduko’s but most of all his horses, (although he never gave a tip.)
We feel very blessed to have had the best dad .

Noah will always look up to his great grandad, he admired and loved you grandad very very dearly. He and I miss you soo much, your newest great grandchildren unfortunately didnt get to meet you, but I know youll be watching down on them and love them. 💖

Although I wasn’t family, Mick was a grandfather to me. He gave advice, welcomed me into his home, and even took me on the holiday of a lifetime to Disney World Florida with his family, when I was a child.
He was a total character — distinctive in voice, look, and personality. A true one-off. I’ll never know another like him.
His generosity was unmatched. His sense of humour was wicked. He lit up every room he was in. Never taking life too seriously, he had the ability to lift the mood no matter what. That quality is rare and speaks to the special man he was.
Thank you for everything, Mick. For the kindness, the experiences, and the laughs. You live on now in my memory, sat in your chair with a big smile, telling dad jokes in a totally inappropriate t-shirt. Smile on, big man. Love you always, Sally xxxxxxxx
