On 8th June 2026, aged 87 years, Colin, dearly loved husband of Julie, much loved dad of Ruth and Graham, and partner Rhona. Funeral service will take place on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium at 10.30am. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of The Kirkwood Hospice.

Dear Aunt Julie, Ruth, Graham & Rhona,
I was so sad to hear about the passing of my Uncle Colin. Growing up in Thornhill on Edge Lane, he was in many ways more like an older brother than an Uncle. Even with the miles of ocean between us, I always held those childhood memories of him close to my heart.
Sending you all my love, strength, and deepest sympathies from across the miles. Though we can’t be together in England right now, please know that I am mourning alongside you, and I am holding onto every memory of the wonderful life he lived.
