In loving memory of Valerie Denton who sadly passed away on 26th May 2026. Val was a loving mum to Kathleen and Julie, a loving Nan to Sara, Ben and Oliver, Great Nan to Olivia and Sophia, and a very dear friend to so many people.

Valerie was my cousin & friend for all all my life. We enjoyed many family holidays together in Devon & Clacton. I shall miss our always cheerful conversation lately whatever the circumstances. Rest in peace Valerie. Love from Sally.

I have known Val since we met at High Cross Congregational Church in Tottenham when we were young teenagers. I was bridesmaid at her wedding to Les, having had the privilege of making all the bridesmaids dresses.
Val was always a kind, helpful and gentle person and I know that she will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
