Vic always made me feel so welcome. We shared so many beers over the years. He was a lovely person. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and sympathy are with you at this sad time.

So sad to hear of the passing of my lovely uncle Vic who I have fond childhood memories of. He was always fun and calm, happy for us kids to jump around the sofas running away from Basil, never remember him raising his voice to us! Rest in Peace Vic, you were loved xx

  • My Uncle Vic was simply the nicest man I've ever known. The photo of him on this page makes me smile in the way I did every time I saw him or spoke to him. His dry sense of humour and happy calm always made me want to go and sit with him, often to discuss football and his beloved Charlton Athletic. To know Vic was to love him. He made the world a nicer place for his presence and will be hugely missed. Love you Vic. Rest in peace xx
