I've so many great memories of my Babcia, right from when she would look after me and my brother during school holidays to all those family celebrations at her house which was the heart of our family gatherings. Her cooking was fantastic and she was one of the funniest people I've ever known. God Bless you Babcia x

I knew Pani Wroblewska not only as Mum to my dearest friend Basia but I also worked with her for many years as a young teenager at BPS deli shop. She was a lovely lady,we had fun times together and many laughs.
She will be missed.

Remembering a very special lady, who stepped in, when only a child herself, to be a mother substitute to her younger brothers and sisters, when their own mother was presumed dead or dying.
A world class chef of Polish cuisine, a quick wit and virtuoso at delivering hilarious one-liners that a professional comedian would envy, she will be sorely missed.
And much respect and appreciation for the lifelong devotion shown by Basia to her beloved mother xx

I have always revered Babcia for holding both strength and gentleness in her life experience. Although we grew up with physical distance, I felt my dad's love for her and connection through his stories and calls back home.

In my time with her she adored cooking and loved to see you eating, even more! Her stories held me captivated and her humor humbled me- thinking how a woman who has experienced so much can still belly laugh. It was infectious. And truly encapsulated her spirit.

May her beautiful soul rest peacefully, and be reunited in her boys loving embrace.

I have so many fond memories of Babcia.

From visiting us in Canada when we were young, to trips abroad, and sitting around Babcia’s kitchen table with family, listening to her stories and memories of past.

There is no one who could cook up a storm quite like she could.

Babcia was an incredibly resilient, strong and beautiful woman. I am constantly in awe of the life she led and inspired by the joy, love and strength she showed.

May she be resting peacefully now and reunited with her boys.

Sending my love to the family ❤️

Jannina
