I have great memories of the many times my parents took me and my brothers and sister to visit my Uncle Alfred, his wife Margaret and our cousins: Liz; Colin; Stephen and; Sandra. We always had a great time in 'deepest Kent'. Being the oldest of the kids, I could choose to play or to sit and listen to the adults chatting. It was wonderful to hear them describing their childhoods and their experiences growing up.

Uncle Alfred and Auntie Margaret were always cheerie and generous. I miss them.
