Angela passed away peacefully on 23rd May aged 79 years.

A devoted and fiercely loving Mum to Dean, Wayne, Deborah and Katie. A devoted and totally adored Grandma to all her wonderful 14 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren. A nurturing sister to Treshia, Jim, Jean, Christopher and to the late John and Brian. Angela was also a much loved Auntie and special friend to many. Angela worked very hard in the community as a home help for many years which suited her personality completely, she excelled in this role as her caring nature is second to none. She never faltered in the endless love and support that she gave to her family, for this reason and many others she will be sorely missed.

To all who knew her, please join us at her funeral to pay our respects and then on to the wake at Ashfield house where we can share stories and memories of our Angie.

Remembering my dearest friend of a lifetime, Angie. Walking over the Peasles to Bretby, bottle of water and jam sandwiches was a time of innocence and joy shared alongside Irene Wakelin, Chris Tilley and Viv Allen. Remembering *how we learned to Jive at the back of what was the Queens pub in West Street, dancing the night away at the 76 Club, then over to the Bowling Alley till the early hours. Walk home, two hours sleep then get up and go do an eight hour shift at work. RIP my beautiful friend, I will never forget you! 💞
