I only got to meet Len on and off during visits to see Gary, but he always had a smile and warm welcome.
I'm sure he was watching down over his loving family today and always.

I will miss Len more than words can say. His hugs and smiles were the highlight of most days. You were my dad, when I no longer had my own.

Lens last days were made so much better due to the kindness of the nurses and doctors that work at the Hospice in the Weald. They are certainly are amazing people.

Dementia is a terrible disease and currently the biggest cause of death. The best chance to avoiding having to deal with it later is research into the causes and hopefully find treatments.

Although dad's last few weeks were quite difficult, if there was only one good thing that happened, it was moving to the hospice for the last few days. Thank you to everyone who works there for their help and kindless.

Dearest Len,
We will miss you, your warm hugs and our chats - not to mention seeing you in your white hat walking up the road on your daily walks. I still look now. We will always remember you.

Sending lots of love to Gary and the rest of your family at this difficult time.
Xxxx
