All handled v smoothly and efficiently. Our only issue was with the volume of the 'background' music in the service, which drowned out the tribute - but that was maybe not under HPF's control.

I can't thank Henry Paul Services and there staff enough. They were fantastic - from the moment they respectfully took Dad away the day he died, to supporting us all with the Funeral arrangements and Dad final send off following the Church service. We are deeply saddened by our loss, however there kindness and support was a great help during this time.

We were treated with complete respect and dignity from the very first phone call. Everything was handled very sensitively and communication was superb, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
