(Grandad Bill)
On 12th April 2026, peacefully at home, Dewsbury, surrounded by his family, aged 89 years, William (Bill), much loved husband of Heather, dearly loved dad of Simon, very dear father-in-law of Dawn, a loving and loved grandad, great grandad, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 7th May 2026 at 10:30am. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
The family would like to invite all family and friends to Hanging Heaton Golf Club, White Cross Road, Dewsbury WF12 7DT after the service.

I remember the days at BRS Dewsbury when Bill constructed a tow wagon for BRS Rescue. These were happy days with wonderful people.
