Adriana Pintican (15 Sep 1976 - 9 Apr 2026)

In loving memory of Adriana Pintican who sadly passed away on 9th April 2026.

Adriana was born in Romania in 1976 , the first child of Elena and Dan. They lived in a small apartment in Bistrita where 10 years later Alexandra joined them. Adriana first wanted to be a nurse until an incident involving a cousin and some blood made her quickly reconsider...she decided to be a teacher and never looked back. Learning was at the core of her being, she loved to read, to be informed and to share that knowledge with everyone around her. Her love for art and history expanded once she moved to the U.K where there are very few museums that she left unexplored. She loved the people in her life and was very proud of the relationships she forged and managed to maintain through time and distance going back to childhood.
We will deeply miss her wit, kindness and wicked sense of humour.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St Christopher's hospice.
