In loving memory of Patricia Frances Atkinson who sadly passed away on 28th March 2026.

Pat was a much loved Mum, Nan, Great-Nan, Aunt, Friend and Neighbour, who will be sadly missed by all that knew her.

We will gather with family and friends to celebrate Pat's life on Friday 1st May at 3.30pm at Southend Crematorium, South Chapel, Sutton Road SS2 5PX.

Flowers are welcome and can be sent to Stibbards at 7 Spa Road, Hockley SS5 4AZ, or if preferred, donations can be made in Pat's memory to Essex & Herts Air Ambulance.

If you are planning to attend the funeral, we would appreciate you confirming by clicking the 'attend funeral' button below. Please feel free to add a splash of colour to your outfit as Pat was not a big fan of black.

Pat's family and friends are welcome to join us afterwards at Church Hall Farm, Church End, Paglesham, SS4 2DP (drive through the village past the church)

We only knew Pat for the last few years of her life, but we were very fond of her and will miss her cheery smile and friendly face which greeted us every time we met. She was always happy and we feel very lucky to have known her and become part of her family. We will miss her love and will cherish our memories of times together. Our sympathies and condolences go out to all of Pat's family at this very sad time.

Beyond lucky to have even had a great nanny in the first place! And even luckier to also know the secret to a long life is pineapple juice. The best lady around and I know we all miss her so much. So lucky to have seen her one last time before I went away🩷

Auntie Pat was a dear lady, and my mum’s favourite of all her sisters-in-law.
We did not speak often, to my regret; but I still have her lovely soft voice in my head.

Pat always made me feel welcome, included, and part of her family. She was such a kind, loving, and down to earth person, and she always had time for us. A remarkable lady who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered forever.
