With sincere condolences to Josephine, John, Stephen, David - and other family members - on behalf of all the Clark family (family of Terry Clark from Silsden) on the passing of the legend that we all knew as 'Uncle' Arthur. A real character who really summed up 'a life well-lived' and who achieved much in his lifetime not just in his sporting achievements but in a long marriage to a devoted wife, raising three wonderful sons and sticking closely to the family values that meant so much to him.

Many memories of Arthur with Cracoe Cricket Club and always saw him at the CB Inn on Scott Trial Day for a chat. He will be missed.

Sad to hear Arthur has died, I have both babysat and worked for him, I recall the cricket and rugby trips, fond memories, the odd pints throughout the years since I was probably too young. I am on a ferry arriving today in Portsmouth tonight, Silsden has lost a character and my thoughts go out to Josephine, John, Steve, and Dave, unfortunately I am away again on Thursday the 12 March, so I will miss the funeral but I will be thinking of you all on Friday at 11:30
