In loving memory of Nigel Warder who sadly passed away on 21st January 2026.
With deepest regret, I am having to inform you all of the details of Nigel’s funeral. As we come together to remember Nigel, we reflect on a man who was truly lovely in every sense of the word. He was caring beyond measure, always putting others before himself and offering quiet support whenever it was needed. Loving and devoted to his family and friends, Nigel made everyone feel valued and appreciated. He also had a wonderfully funny side, bringing light and laughter even during difficult times. His warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family flowers desired, and we kindly ask that, in lieu of additional floral tributes, donations be made in Nigel’s memory to Dogs4Rescue ( details attached).

Our rescue is powered by love, with a mission to save the dogs who need us most — the ones no one else wants. They work tirelessly to rescue UK pound dogs facing euthanasia, take on complex and challenging cases from organisations such as Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, and help dogs in desperate need from around the world.

They believe every dog has the potential to change when given patience, understanding, and the chance to live in the moment — never giving up on any dog in their care. Their work is driven by deep compassion, years of rehabilitation experience, and a true understanding of what these animals need to thrive.

Your generosity, no matter the size, would be a meaningful tribute and a lasting way to honour Nigel’s memory.
