In loving memory of David Davies who sadly passed away on 9th February 2026, aged 79 years. David was the life and soul and everyone loved him. He had a good life and at the age of 29 met his lovely wife Elaine. They went on to have one daughter Gemma. At the time of his death they had been married for 49 years and had known each other just over 50 years. They were deeply in love and he will be sadly missed by all who loved and knew him. Their last words to each other was love you.

Rest in least Dave, you definitely was the life a soul of the party you were very funny, you used to have me in tears sometimes at work at the sports centre.
Really helpful guy and always spoke out to support someone that was being unfairly treated.

I worked with Dave for over 25 years at the Sports Centre and he made me laugh every single day. When I left and moved to Cumbria he still kept in touch for these last 20 years. Sharing our love of animals, it is an honour to donate in your name. You were a much loved gentleman who showed kindness and thought for all he knew. Only you would have nicknamed me - "Big Ivy"! All our love and thoughts - Sue & Neil - Cumbria xx
