In loving memory of Nigel Wright who sadly passed away on 3rd February 2026. The dearly loved husband of Chris, dear Dad of David and Richard and father-in-law of Tamsin and Clair, also, the much loved Poppa of Phoebe, Molly, William, Oliver and Noah and the treasured brother of Robin and Sue.
The funeral service will be at midday on 26th February at St Mary’s Church, Tickhill. All are most welcome after the service at Tickhill Cricket Club.
The family will be attending a brief service at Barnby Moor Crematorium and will return to the cricket club at approximately 2pm
I have only today learnt of the shocking and unexpected passing of Nigel. I am truly saddened.
Whilst our dealings were mostly through the Church, we found Nigel was a real gentleman, courteous, obliging, fun loving and always a delight to converse with whatever the circumstances.
My sincere condolences to his family and friends who must miss him so much.
