Peter, Harry, Charles, William but to me you were grandad, The best grandad ever - our trips to the market together to buy our podded peas, the magazine and lucozade when we were poorly, or my cheeky first glass of port in your kitchen with my sister and not forgetting when you saved the high school musical cd from the newspaper and left it in your car for after school. You were and still are the heart of our family, I will forever miss your perfect coffee, roast dinner , chips and the fresh haddock. Even telling me that I would meet the man for me in a supermarket - I did - and mum a man in a library. We had so many special memories together and I will hold every one of them in my heart. And remember it’s only puppy fat.

Always in safe hands with Peter, my special uncle. I have so many memories of Peter, especially the family holidays in Brighton. Such a lovely, caring family man and that cheeky smile. Always loved to reminisce. You will be so sadly missed but never forgotten. Rest well and all my Love. Gwen xxx.

I have some very happy memories of my “big” brother Peter. I particularly remember when he took me to Tilbury to see the ship he was about to embark on, as a steward.
When Josie and I got married, I was privileged to have him as my Best Man as well as his daughter Debbie, as one of our bridesmaids.
Pete, gone, but not forgotten.
Barry.
