Nina Lovett (24 Jan 1953 - 21 Jan 2026)

In loving memory of Nina Clare Lovett who sadly passed away on 21st January 2026.

Nina had been living with COPD for some time but sadly this disease became too much, and after a sudden and short illness lost her battle. She was cared for in her final days by the wonderful staff at Basildon General Hospital, both in critical and palliative care, and they could not have done any more for her or have been more supportive.

Mum to three boys, nanny to four grandchildren, sister to two siblings, and friend to many. Nina had many adventures and experiences in her 72 years; too many for us to recall here! She lived more than once at different stages in her life in Cornwall, where she gained some life-long friends, and also in Essex where she was born and lived her early years, and later in life where she raised her three boys.
