Maureen Hunt (nee Wonfor) (7 Apr 1947 - 11 Jan 2026)
In loving memory of Maureen Hunt (nee Wonfor) who sadly passed away on 11th January 2026.
Maureen was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and lived much of her early life on the Isle of Barra, Outer Hebrides. She was a sister to John & Ruby (deceased) and Angus John & Chrissie (Barra), and mum to five children, Shaun, Shane, Ian, Stuart and Sharon.
Maureen passed suddenly and unexpectedly without suffering. After a private cremation, her ashes will be returned to the Isle of Barra, her 'happy place'.
