GIBNEY ANDREW ALEXANDER Died 11th January 2026. Late of Percy Street. Beloved son of Patricia and the late Andy, cherished father of Khrystina, Adele, Georgia and Aleah, dearly loved brother of Thomas, Margaret, Nicky, Lewis and Owen and devoted uncle. You weren’t just a mate to me. You were my barber, my family, a brother in every way that really mattered. You were there for me when so many others weren’t, and that’s something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life. I’ve known you nearly 9 years, from the moment you joined the band, and from then on you were always there, loyal, steady, genuine. Life just won’t be the same without you in it, and I’ll miss you every single day. But you will never, ever be forgotten. You live on in the memories, the music, and the bond we shared.

The summer breeze whispers your name,
The streets feel empty, not the same.
Your chair stands quiet, your laughter gone,
But in our hearts, you live on and on.
Friend of sunshine, friend of light,
We’ll miss you deeply every summer night

Clippers fall silent, the chair stands bare, but your laughter lingers in the air. Friend and Barber, gone from sight, yet in our hearts, you shine so bright. No more hands to guide the blade,no more joke in the house you made, a friend a barber, loyal and true the world feels dimmer without you.

At peace our dear friend Andy 🩡🩡🩡🩡
