In loving memory of Tita Saccomando, a cherished and much loved mamma, Nonna and friend.
Tita passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on the 17th of December 2025 after a short stay in hospital.
She will always be remembered for her loyalty, resilience, humour and the love she had for her family. Everyone she met would form a close bond with her and stay in touch, to check in with a friend.
Tita loved flowers, so flowers are preferred but donations to Age UK are also welcomed.
If you wish to send flowers, you can order through your chosen florist and give them Lymns details.

If I knew this would be one of the last photos I took of you, I would have took a thousand more. I would have never left you that day and we would have stayed out and laughed and joked some more. I loved spending time with you mum, I will miss you always.
I hope we made you feel special and loved, you were one in a million, unique and ours
