From the first approach until after the funeral nothing was too much trouble.
On my first contact Alex talked me through what would happen and made an appointment for us where we met Ruby.
Ruby was attentive throughout our meeting listened to us and answered all our questions, this continued throughout the following weeks until the date of the funeral.
We had a call the day before the funeral with Alex to cover off the following day.
Alex and his team were amazing on the day despite some challenges getting all the cars into a tight space to meet us.

I can highly recommend A. W. Lymn funeral directors without hesitation. They were contactable from the start of our journey when our mother passed as they operate 24/7. I was able to speak to Ruby early in the morning before usual office opening hours and she was reassuring and filled me with confidence. Ruby was the one to take us through the whole process in a friendly, respectful manner. They have a beautiful chapel of rest. Alex our funeral director and his team on the day were professional and caring. The whole package from flowers, orders of service, celebrant and cars was perfect and worth every penny

I visited lymns Beeston, and was greeted with a big smile from a lovely young woman named Ruby. Ruby became my Rock she helped and advised me and supported me all the way through to my Darling Tonys Funeral. Ruby made me feel comforted and not alone, I knew she was looking after my Tony telling him I loved and missed him, while waiting for the green form. He came back fully dressed in his Forest colours and looking lovely, and I visited my Tony till the last day when I kissed him goodbye and he was sealed into his beautiful white coffin and his absolutely beautiful red roses were put in place. Alex was also very kind and supportive they both made me feel less alone. Julie who lead the Nottingham Forest Hurst to Bramcote Crematorium was amazing she hugged me and made it all perfect with her smile and took full control of the proceedings. This funeral was lovely, Happy and uplifting. Malcom Barham the celebrant, was wonderful and I would definitely recommend him and Lymns Thank you so much, especially Wayne Lambord who created the Nottingham Forest hurst and drove me and my family behind in the 2nd car he was so lovely thank you. xxxx

So glad I used A.W. Lymn for my Mum's funeral-they have a good reputation locally for a reason! Right from the off they were so helpful and sensitive. Ruby in particular was lovely-we felt so at ease at our first meeting with her and she understood our needs perfectly. She is the ideal person for that job and really helped me when I went to see my Mum prior to the funeral-it was very difficult but made easier by Ruby's understanding and caring nature. The service was perfect-everyone who attended agreed.
