On 27th December 2025, peacefully at home, of Mirfield, aged 89 years, Charles, formerly beloved husband of the late Anne and latterly of the late Barbara, much loved dad of Michael, Lynda and Stephen and a dearly loved grandad, great grandad, brother and uncle. Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 27th January 2026 at 10.30am. Relatives and friends please accept this intimation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu can be made online or placed in the collection box provided for the benefit of The Kirkwood.

Charlie….what a wonderful, kind,caring gentleman who I’m sure will be missed by many. I have lovely memories of him and Anne growing up as child,always making me feel so welcome in their home and so many happy memories.Sending love to all the family xxx
