Jeffrey Holbrook, affectionately known as “Jeffrey Bubbles,” passed away peacefully on 27 November 2025 at the age of 54. Born on 17 April 1971, Jeffrey was a man who brought joy and light to everyone who knew him. Though non-verbal, his smile, laughter, and unique personality spoke louder than words ever could.

Jeffrey shared a deep bond with his late mum, Jennifer, and his brother Tony, who remembers happy family trips to Skegness and Jeffrey’s love for fast rides and bubbles. In his later years, Jeffrey lived at Conifers, where he was cherished by staff and friends. Known for his cheeky grin and love of sensory activities, music, and community walks, Jeffrey touched countless hearts with his warmth and individuality.

He will be remembered for his vibrant spirit, his love of bubbles, his infectious smile, and the joy he brought to every moment. Jeffrey is now reunited with his beloved mum, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
