So sorry for your loss. I knew Lawrence as Bear7831, he has been an online friend since 2012. He was unfailingly kind and and wonderful and spoke often of his wife and the 'cubs'. He is sadly missed by me and many online.

NUGENT, LAWRENCE JOHN. Died 7th December 2025, late of Madrid Street. Beloved Husband of the late Ann Nugent (nee Scarsbrook) loving father of Ruth and Jonny, brother of Elizabeth, Marie, Liam, Margaret, Pat, Edgar and John, a cherished uncle and great uncle and brother-in-law to Peter.
A funeral service will be held in Bloomfield Gospel Hall, 57 Woodcot Ave,
Belfast BT5 5EN on Wednesday 17th December at 10.30am and afterwards to Dundonald cemetery.
Parking available at Dixon Playing Fields, 97 Grand Parade Belfast, BT5 5PA, (please allow 10 minutes for walking to the Hall).

I will miss you, your quiet presence when life became chaotic and uncertain you were such a calm in the tempest for many. I would see them in your coffee thread soaking in your wise advice and calm nurturing nature. You are so Loved by all you touched with the light that you shone even in your loss and loneliness.
