In loving memory of Roy Charles Withington, who passed away on 10th November 2025. A devoted Father, Grandfather, and Son, and a man who would do anything for his family. His kindness, strength, and love will remain with us always. Forever in our hearts.

Funeral Service Details:
• Location: All Saints Church, Main Street, Denstone, ST14 5HF
• Date: 10th December 2025
• Time: 11am
After the Service:
Following the church service, the family will attend a private committal at the crematorium. We warmly invite everyone to join us afterward for a wake at the Denstone Tavern, starting around 2pm.
In the meantime, the tavern will be open from noon for those who wish to gather there and wait until we return. We appreciate your understanding as we take this time for a private family moment, and we look forward to sharing memories together with you at 2pm.

As this day closes, we said our final farewell to you. And wow! You certainly did it in style! With our formidable 4 by your side. The service tributes and eulogy were beyond compare. They all did you so proud today.

So many great memories Roy. We had such fun with our fast cars, evenings out at Herts and Middlesex Country Club and all night games of Risk while drinking Sherry! I know we haven't seen you much over the past few years but we will miss you all the same. Rest in peace our dear friend Roy.

I didn't have the privilege of knowing Roy closely, but in the brief messages we exchanged during the Covid period, his kindness and warmth were undeniable. I light this candle today as a sign of respect and in support of my dear friend and his family. May his memory live on in peace and dignity.

I will never forget when I asked Roy to. Cut my bum length hair off for charity after shutting it in the car door for the last time. Of course he refused as he loved my hair. It got cut by two colleagues in Stafford town and Roy had to fix it. Legend!
A wise man who taught me a lot, showed me that some days just needed "F*** it why not, let's go" and from that many adventure days were had and enjoyed.
Only man I’ve ever called my gaffa! Thank you for everything you’ve taught me not only in my hairdressing but in life aswell, forever grateful for never giving up on me ❤️ love you always
Roy, you were my husband and best friend. Thank you for our 4 beautiful children who have made us so proud over the years.you will remain in my heart forever Sleep peacefully now. Fly high and watch over us all. My love Sue xxx
