Trevor taught me Chemistry at Batley high school. I never forgot his teaching, the slick black hair and conversations about Hank and his beloved shadows! A true gentleman that wanted his pupils to do well, and knew a good education was key to that success. I won’t mention the model railway conversation with the class, but he really was a comedian and brought so much energy to the class. Rest in peace Trevor condolences to all his family.

Trevor Wood was my Chemistry teacher between 1992 to 1999. Being severely dyslexic, school was very challenging for me. But thanks to all the help and support Trevor gave me at school, I managed to acquire a PhD in Catalytic Combustion. So thank you for all your help and support. R.I.P Trevor. From Gavin Rickett
