In loving memory of Shirley 'Spider' Pilcher who sadly passed away on 20th October 2025 at the age of 90.
We invite you to join us in saying goodbye to our much loved Mum, Nana and friend on Thursday 20th November at 1.30pm at Medway Crematorium, Robin Hood Lane, Blue Bell Hill, ME5 9QU.
Following the service we will be celebrating Shirley's life at The Harrow Pub, The Street, Stockbury ME9 7UH. A buffet and refreshments will be provided.
We kindly ask for family flowers only. However if you would like to make a donation in place of flowers, we have chosen the Macmillan Cancer Support charity. This charity provided support and care for close members of Shirley's family during their cancer experiences. Donations can be made via a link in this page and are gratefully received.
Shirley would want this day to be a celebration of her life and she loved sparkles so please feel free to wear colours and something sparkly (maybe a brooch, scarf, tie, shoes, bag, handkerchief for example). Of course if you prefer to wear black that is fine too.

Thank you everyone for being a part of Mum's celebration of life either at the funeral yesterday or as a contributor to this page. We all gave Mum a wonderful send-off.
