We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved Dad, Frederick (Fred, Freddy) Douglas Johnson, passed away peacefully on 5th October 2025.
Dad had a remarkable gift for making everyone laugh — whether it was with one of his endless jokes, a clever magic trick, or a spirited karaoke performance. He loved a bit of banter, a good laugh, and above all, bringing joy to those around him.
A service to celebrate Dad’s life will be held on Tuesday, 18th November 2025 at 12:15 pm at Southampton Crematorium, Bassett Green Road, SO163QB, followed by burial at West End Cemetery, Quob Lane, West End, SO303GJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Countess Mountbatten Palliative Care, whose support meant so much to our family.
