Well what can i say Joe i firs met you in 1998 at notts county council training along with Mick Mitchell and Tony Scawthon what a trio of information and knowledge you were great and left so many men with the skill a knowhow to work in the industry and they are a lot better for it.now that you've finally clocked off you can go upstars and bend the big man's ear and give him a few pointers😊 RIP Joe was a pleasure to have known you....Keith
