Who passed away peacefully on 1st October 2025, aged 99 years.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service, which will take place on Wednesday 12th November 1.30pm at Bramcote Crematorium.
Following the service, all are welcome to join us at The Hemlock Stone, Bramcote Lane, to share memories and celebrate Derrick’s life.
The family kindly request that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Nottingham University Hospitals Charity (Children’s Cancer Ward) via the JustGiving tab. This charity was chosen in accordance with Derrick’s wishes, as he spent much of his childhood in hospital receiving treatment for burns and remained deeply grateful for the care he received.
