It is with great sadness that we share the news of Helen’s passing. On the 15th October she left us unexpectedly with a huge hole in our hearts and lives. We have been comforted by the kind words and stories shared by her friends and know that there are so many more to be heard.
Her funeral will take place at 2pm on 7th November at St Bartholomew’s Church in Marsden, followed by a celebration of her life at the North of England Centre for Music and Arts, Marsden.
We welcome and encourage all those who wish to celebrate mums life to attend.
Please feel free to wear colour. Family flowers only please.

As a child I was in awe of your beauty and energy. I even remember saying that the three most beautiful people in the world were you, my mum (Carole) and Sade (the singer - this was in the 80s!). Whenever we met, you radiated fun, warmth and kindness and I'm so very sad that you've been taken so soon. Sending all my love to all the people who loved and will miss you terribly xxx

I remember our various professional and personal collaborations overt the years with great fondness. I will miss your presence and your straight talking that always made sense and told like it was. I loved your great sense of humour, your compassion and your very infectious laugh! Gone but definitely not forgotten, you will be present in these memories.
