In loving memory of Kitty Cullen who sadly passed away on 26th September 2025.
Kitty Ebdon, born December 30, 1936, in Ilford, England, was the youngest of four sisters. Raised in Redstone Hill during WWII, she grew up sporty, musical, and glamorous, competing in beauty pageants and recording a song. In 1958, she married Terry Cullen, moved to America. Returning to the UK in 1965, they settled in Reigate, raising George, Henry, and Amy. Kitty was a devoted, stylish mother and grandmother, known for her immaculate home and love of American music and cuisine. She and Terry, inseparable partners, shared passions like gardening. After Terry’s death in 2020, Kitty was heartbroken and later developed pancreatic cancer, passing away on September 26, 2025, at home, surrounded by family.

To My Beautiful Mum and Our loving Nan,
Mum, I don't know where to begin. We feel your loss so deeply, and words seem profoundly inadequate in trying to express how much we loved and adored you and how we will miss your everything, forever.
I wish I could talk to you every day. We all do. I long to share the little moments of everyday life, chat about music, plan when we will next meet for coffee and laugh at all of the silly meaningless things only you and I could talk about for hours on end - followed by the million goodbyes at the end of the already, very long conversations!
There is nothing I don't miss about you but you have left us, broken hearted, to fly high with Dad, where I know in your heart, you longed to be.
Not a day goes by we don't talk about you Mum and feel your presence with us. Tell Dad we love and miss him too and we are trying to take at least some comfort knowing you are both back together, where you belong.
Until we meet again beautiful Mum, rest with Dad now, we love you today, tomorrow and always.

Dearest Auntie, so very sorry and sad to say goodbye to you yesterday. You were a lovely lady of great strength and resilience, so brave throughout your last months. I will cherish the memories I have of you and Uncle throughout my childhood, ‘Cousin Caroline’, and on into adulthood. You are both together now, flying through the Grand Canyon and looking down on the fabulous great Redwoods. Pancakes and BLT’s galore! You are no longer with us but the love you shared will live on in our hearts until we meet again. I will miss you dearly and am so grateful that you were my Aunt. Rest in Peace dear Aunty Kay. To my beautiful Mum. You did everything you could to fight this terrible disease that crept up on you so suddenly. I’m so proud of you, I couldn’t have asked for more. You are my beautiful brave warrior. You can now rest in eternal peace with Dad. Love you always. Xxx
