In Loving Memory of Leonard Kail D.Univ CPFA who sadly passed away on 3rd October 2025.

Donations in memory of Len will benefit the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust and the Forever Surrey Fund (University of Surrey). Len enjoyed walking and cycling amid the wonderful countryside and wildlife in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, including leading the U3A walking group from 1995-2010, and spent many happy holidays on the Isle of Wight. The Forever Surrey Fund supports students in unexpected hardship, students undertaking scholarships and helps clubs and societies to grow. Len spent the best and happiest part of his career as Secretary of the University from 1980-1992.

I worked with Leonard at both East Sussex CC and also the University of Surrey. He was a superb mentor and had high intelligence but above all great wisdom. He will be sadly missed
