17 September 1951 – 9 September 2025
Terry was a true Nottingham lad — warm, kind, and full of character. He had a great sense of humour, loved good company, and could lift any mood with a story, a smile, or a favourite song.
A devoted dad, brother, and grandad, Terry’s family meant the world to him. He also had a soft spot for dogs, who always seemed to sense his gentle nature. Music was one of his greatest joys — especially the classics of Billy Fury and Frank Sinatra — and his love of song followed him throughout his life.
Terry lived life his way, with laughter, courage, and heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit and warmth will stay with us forever.
Donations in Terry’s memory are being made to Dogs Trust, a charity close to his heart.

I couldn't make the funeral but I'll always remember Terry. He had a great smile and always smiling whenever I saw him. His voice was amazing when singing and the world lost a great soul. Rest in peace, Terry. Sing loud and fly high xx
