This page is in loving memory of Pathik Pathak who sadly passed away on 9th September 2025.
Pathik was loved by so many, as a brilliant scholar and thinker (and doer) in academia and beyond, an inspiring teacher, a devoted father to Roshan and Khushi, and a loving husband to me, Nazneen, his wife. He was so many things to so many - and will be missed so deeply by us all.
Feel free to post memories, messages and photographs so that we can remember him, together.
Pathik's funeral will take place at Southampton Crematorium on Monday 6th October at 11.30. A gathering will follow from 12.30 onwards at God's House Tower, Town Quay Road, SO14 2NY. All are welcome to both the service and the gathering/reception - just please let me know if you are attending (particularly the reception, so I know rough numbers for catering - and if you have any dietary requirements).
Please feel free to wear your nicest, brightest, effusively patterned clothes - Pathik loved colour, print and style (and try to avoid all black for the sake of the kids).
With love,
Nazneen

Pathik and daughter Aysha at my birthday party. They got on like a house on fire 🔥
Remembering you Pathik and your huge support to Touch Network in the city, hosting for us a number of times sometimes at short notice. Here you are in Dec 2021 at our Christmas event at GHT. I feel so glad that my role enabled the opportunity to get to spend treasured time with you, and to benefit from your emotionally intelligent insights, your space holding, your humour and unwavering likeability. All who have met you take something special away from it. I’m no exception. It’s painful to let you go. You had such a sparkle and a kind aura. Rest easy brother.
Love this photo x
Pathik was a joy to be around - kind, principled, and so funny. I loved seeing him at community events and we were honoured to host his brave debut as Don Monkoo. His life left a deep mark on our community, and his passing leaves a great loss.

Pathik was a beacon of light in a dark world. He helped so many people and communities through his work, sharing love and compassion with all. He will be sorely missed, but his spirit lives on in the lives of everyone he knew. Sending love to his family x
